Doma Health Inc (“Doma Health,” “we,” “us”) operates domahealth.org and internal software tools used to run our business. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

Website. Information you choose to send us, such as your name, email, phone number and message, and basic usage data (pages visited, browser type, approximate location) collected by our website host, Squarespace.

Internal tools. Some of our internal tools connect to third-party services we use, such as QuickBooks Online, to read our own business records for internal reporting. These tools access only accounts belonging to Doma Health and its affiliated companies, and only with authorization from an administrator of that account.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, operate and improve our website, and prepare internal financial reports and budgets. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use data from connected services for advertising.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us operate (such as our website host and accounting software provider), when required by law, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of our business.

Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted storage for the credentials our tools use to connect to third-party services. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. An account administrator can revoke a tool’s access at any time from that service’s connected-apps settings.

Health information

This website is not intended for sending medical or health information. Please do not submit it through our website or by email.

Changes

We may update this policy and will post the new version here with a new effective date.
