Content on this website is general information only. It is not medical, legal, tax or financial advice.

2. Software license

Our software tools are licensed only to Doma Health Inc and its affiliated companies for their internal business use. They may not be copied, distributed, resold or used by anyone else.

3. Third-party services

Your use of QuickBooks Online or any other third-party service is governed by that provider’s own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

4. Intellectual property

All content and software are owned by Doma Health Inc or its licensors.

5. Disclaimer

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Doma Health is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.

8. Changes

We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new effective date.
